What happens if I go over my minutes?
Your plan keeps working. If you regularly use more minutes than your plan includes, we will suggest moving you to a larger plan, which is almost always cheaper than paying for the overage. We would rather you were on the right plan than surprised by a bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and there is no long contract to sign and no cancellation fee.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Kalvo works on your existing number. You either point the number at Kalvo or set a divert so it answers the calls you miss. There is no porting and nothing new to advertise, and you can change the setup whenever you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial and hear Kalvo answer for your business before you pay anything. It goes live in minutes on your existing number, so you can judge it on real calls rather than a demo script.
What counts as a minute?
Minutes are the time Kalvo spends on live calls it answers for you. Website chat and email do not use call minutes. If a call lasts ninety seconds, that is a minute and a half of your plan, rounded fairly.
